Dear all,

I have started a series of sessions on quality improvement in healthcare. I have published three episodes on my YouTube channel so far including the introductory video. I am hoping to do about one session a week, and hopefully, once we have enough material online we will team up with a team or a department in a hospital in Sudan to start using our knowledge in practice. The aim is to look at the services we provide to our service users and try to improve it. The improvement should be of benefit to service users and their relatives, healthcare staff, and the system as a whole.
