2-2 The online courses and webinars are user-specific and should not be shared with other people or students on another course.

2-3 Any sharing of such material is prohibited and gives Doctors Learning/the author the right to charge up to €100,000 depending on the percentage of the course material being illegally shared, copied and/or distributed.

3-Access:
3-1 The student will gain full access to the course after the payment has been received through the secure payment methods stated on the opt-in pages.
3-2 The course materials are usually available 24/7 for the duration of the course/subscription unless stated in the relevant introduction of a particular course.

3-3 By signing up for our services or to be included in our mailing list you agree to use information and materials that you have been granted access to through purchase or free offers for your personal use only and not to share, copy, print, distribute, or save the information outside what’s permitted as per the specific material provided to you by programme directors or instructors.

3-4 If you are found using the information inappropriately you will be held accountable for the damage and may be asked to pay up to $100,000 for compensation depending on the degree of sharing and reproducing of the protected information.

3-4 We use third-party platforms to deliver our mentoring, coaching, and educational materials. We will try our best to make sure that your access to the materials and activities is not interrupted but might not be liable for any interruption of access due to technical issues and downtime of the third-party platforms and services we use.
